FLARE SKATE BLADE unconditionally guarantees all FLARE skate runners against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
Defective products must be returned to the FLARE SKATE BLADE retailer where originally purchased with the original proof of purchase. Failure to include the proof of purchase will void any warranty claims. The retailer where you made your purchase is not authorized to replace the product but is responsible for returning it to FLARE SKATE BLADE or an authorized repair center along with the original proof of purchase. If after a complete inspection, FLARE SKATE BLADE determines that the product is defective, due to manufacturing, or any incident that resulted from "regular skating activity" it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
If you purchased your Flare Skate Blades directly from our online store, please be advised that shipping costs will not be reimbursed and it is the customers' responsibility to ensure the goods arrive to the FLARE SKATE BLADE warehouse to be eligible for the exchange. Proof of purchase is required. Damaged goods may be shipped to the following address:

FLARE SKATE BLADE warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from neglect, normal wear and tear, abuse, mishandling, nor products purchased as "used" or "substandard". This warranty is in addition to, and not a modification of nor subtraction from, any statutory warranties or other rights available to the purchaser under any applicable legislation.
Modifications of any nature to your FLARE skate runners shall void the FLARE SKATE BLADE warranty.
No person is authorized to give an additional warranty in connection with the sale of FLARE SKATE BLADE products.

Because the angle of the Flare Skate Blade increases the width of the blades where the steel meets the ice, a hollow adjustment is required.
We suggest the hollow be adjusted to the following Hollow Conversion Chart.
